not lies of my mind.

out of my life out of my mind

race through my mind.
To get it started
I bit my lip a lot
especially around ex son-in-law
I’d have to chant
KYBMC, KYBMC, KYBMC

until the angst, the anger
the spoken bark
was tucked within me
gall bladder to store.
To get past denial
true feelings so real
is to unlock life’s mysteries
be in the here & now
a live long key!

Silence and grinning
the woof and the weave
to life and loving
love woven whole.
Silence and knowing
stretch and roll back
judgments and memories
of any past slights.
Be gone and forgiven
gratitude now
for the lesson, the learning
on Oprah’s Show!
